The service

BidSeer sends business leads drawn from public filings. We work to keep them accurate but can't promise any job is open, awarded, funded or will proceed.

Trial and billing

The first 10 business days are free and need no card. After that the plan is $99 per month, month to month. Cancel anytime by replying "cancel" to any email; you won't be charged for the next month.

Fair use

Leads are for your own business. Don't resell or republish them.

Contacting businesses

You're responsible for how you contact the companies in your leads, including following do-not-call and email rules.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last month.
